MacOS Catalina only supports for 64-bit apps. You may consider the PageManager 9.6 Pro 64-bit app. Click here for upgrade information.

PageManager applies to the standard TWAIN/ICA device driver on macOS.

If you have the scanning issue on Catalina, the other possible solution is to scan using Apple Image Capture as a workaround.
